The food and changing my diet has definitely been a big help now I’m focusing on toning as much as I can and strengthening my core. I definitely can see a result of my stomach and shedding and it’s been a lifestyle of changing my food habits, shopping differently and not buying anything to only eat that.

So February 1 I started I detox for three days before I started my new diet plan with Howie and changed my food habits. I made it three weeks in and did really well then after that, my body crashed a few times starting therapy and my new diet plan and I struggled a bit towards the end of February with my health continuing in March new routine with more doctors and being able to move around more consistently till now the end of March. So far I feel like every two weeks is a hurdle. I jump over.

I’m down in weight and cleared in medical care from MRIs to do core strengthening, I’m going to challenge myself to do squats, abs daily for more strength. Planks wall pushups more push So far I can lift 10lbs or less weight per DRs orders . Goal: strength core , walking farther , abs. Squats Toned

Yes, I agree. I got all my MRIs and x-rays out the way so now I can focus on physical therapy plus my exercise at home and I’m just doing toning weights and abs and now I can push a little more and mix it up.
