Whats up boys, we go by the name Iron Freaks but our names are Joey & Luke. we are fitness coaches based out of Toronto. Our #1 goal we are both working towards is our bulk! we both currently weigh 200 lbs and are going to gain 60 lbs in the next 10 months. We want to make this transformation to show our clients whats possible when you follow the right systems and stick to the plan. We want to get as big as we can for next year so we can compete in a bodybuilding show and get 1st place. It has always been a goal of ours and its time for us double down on ourselves. we will achieve said goal because we keep each other accountable though our unbreakable bond that we have. Of course we are trying to build unreal physiques to not only win 1st place but to grow our business. By us growing our business we will be able to build a community of like-minded individuals that can succeed together and ultimately form a brotherhood. Brotherhood is so important to us and is the reason why we are here in the first place.
