Stretch for 15 mins 2. Spend only 2 hrs on social media 3. Sleep at least 6 hrs 4. Drink 40 oz of water RELATIONSHIPS 1. Message a family member ONCE A WEEK 1. Contact a friend 2. Jog once a week 3. Engage in a volunteer activity

-Read my lifetime goals when I wake up -Thank god I woke up and healthy. -Read a book ( 10 pages ) -Work out ( 3 times this week) -Making at least 100 calls a day to leads -Tell my family once a day I love them -Take my girlfriend for a nice date

SPIRITUAL - Read 1 bible text everyday - Show at least one fruitage of the spirit (meditate how I applied and can improve it) - Follow my spiritual routine (personal study & bible reading) HEALTH - Eat 1,600 calories max - Do some stretch, walk or workout - Incorporate Fiber and protein in my food BUSINESS - Watch a training about TC/VA/AI RELATIONSHIP - Appreciate a colleague or a friend and let them know about what it is specifically - Say something I am grateful to my husband everyday - Have a meaningful conversation with my husband

Wake up every day at 5:30 AM Surf 4 times a week Stretch 4 times every morning No phone for 45 minutes to 1 hour after waking up Work out at the gym 2 times a week Call my family on FaceTime

4/5 this past week. -Read 10 pages of 10x is Better than 2x book -5 days lift(play by ear with my fasting), need to get nature walks again 3 afternoon/evening barefooted. -Deep clean the house this weekend for my daughter's return home from overseas. (completed) -Fasting commitment with brother Jimmy. -Walk and send out project proposals for 3 flip properties for other investors. (1/3 so far) -Bedtime by 11pm (seems to work best for me) up by 5:30am. -Setup Highlevel CRM for Remodel Fort Wayne. -Setup facebook ads for Remodel Fort Wayne. -Follow up on potential Dumpster company purchase to decrease my operational expenses.
