SPIRITUAL - Read 1 bible text everyday - Show at least one fruitage of the spirit (meditate how I applied and can improve it) - Follow my spiritual routine (personal study & bible reading) HEALTH - Eat 1,600 calories max - Do some stretch, walk or workout - Incorporate Fiber and protein in my food BUSINESS - Watch a training about TC/VA/AI RELATIONSHIP - Appreciate a colleague or a friend and let them know about what it is specifically - Say something I am grateful to my husband everyday - Have a meaningful conversation with my husband
