Day 1 - Struggles & Wins
5 Struggles
- I’m chasing a version of life where I’m elite in multiple areas: chiropractic, bodybuilding, business, faith, and family. But right now, I’m still in the phase where nothing is fully there yet.
- I constantly feel behind seeing younger guys with better physiques, more success, more money, and it makes me question my pace.
- I put insane pressure on myself to win in my shows, in my clients’ shows, and in school, and if I don’t, I feel like I failed.
- I overthink the idea of living an average life more than anything. That honestly scares me.
- I’m constantly battling whether I’m spreading myself too thin and if trying to do everything means I won’t be elite at anything

5 Contrasting Wins
- I’m not chasing one version of success, I’m building a life that’s elite in every category, not just one
- While others peak early, I’m building something that actually lasts long-term
- That pressure I feel forces me to operate at a level most people will never reach
- My fear of being average is the exact reason I’ll never be average
- Instead of picking one path, I’m learning how to handle multiple, and that’s what will separate me long-term

Hook Activity - 3 Curiosity Loop Hooks
- I’m chasing a life most people think is unrealistic… and that’s exactly why I’ll get it
- Everyone says focus on one thing… I’m building everything at once
- I’m not scared of failing… I’m scared of being average

Reel Concept + Emotion
Emotion Attempting to Evoke: Intensity → Pressure → Control → Confidence
Hook: “I’m not scared of failing… I’m scared of being average”
Visual Concept: Clip of me sitting still in my car, looking serious, almost thinking. No music at first or very low volume.
Voiceover: “I see people my age… or younger… already ahead… already winning… and yeah… it makes you question where you’re at sometimes”
Visual Concept: Cuts to clips of me training hard, checking client messages, working on my laptop, studying
Voiceover: “But then I remind myself… I’m not building a normal life”
Visual Concept: More intense clips: top set, posing, chiro technique class
Voiceover: “I’m building something that works in every area… physique, business, career… everything”
Visual Concept: Final confident shot: pose
Voiceover: “Most people pick one… I decided I’m not going to be average in any of them”
