This Week's Lesson - Make it Easy for Them!!
Claude has been helping me up my company game in a million ways over the last few weeks but one thing became crystal clear as we worked together - I had to make it easier for people to TALK to me.
Why?
Because my entire brand is how approachable and friendly and encouraging I am and an email just doesn't cut it.
So now, links on all my social media and on the main page of my website link to my bookings calendar so they can book a chat with me to discuss their needs or the concerns they want to address.
And by talking, I can put them at ease ... leading to a booking or a sale.
I am excited to see my calendar FILL UP with chats with prospective customers and it is already happening (3 chats booked on Friday alone).
Don't make them type out an email to you. Too much work and just enough friction to turn them off.
Give them a chance to TALK to you so they can see YOU are exactly what their event needs.
