I Need Your Help/Suggestions ...

I am doing a full day seminar today so I look forward to coming home tonight to see your ideas.

The question and context ...

I am monetized on YouTube (i.e. I earn money when you watch one of my videos.). As a monetized creator, I also have the option to have "members", people who pay for extra perks on my channel and yes, I do have paying members.

The problem - members used to get my weekly video early. The "perk" was they got to see it and comment before anyone else. But I recently changed when I release the weekly video so that really isn't much of a perk anymore.

Bottom line - I need to do something special for my Members Only without it being a huge time commitment, one that I can't maintain over time.

I was thinking ...

I could do short Member videos about different handouts or exercises I use in my seminars (info not available anywhere else, unless you attended a seminar or purchased the video course the handout was used in).
I could do a monthly mastermind just for members, but that would be pushing the time commitment (especially if you add in sending it off to be mastered, etc. Would prefer to keep the member content more intimate, like them and me sitting at my kitchen table).
I have audio recordings of each of the entries in my first book. Could release those daily and only Member's have access. Not huge time commitment, only scheduling, as they are already recorded.

I really don't know what I can do and I wanna do something! lol

ALL suggestions welcome. HELP! lol
