Hi guys, I am Luca from Gramado, Brazil and I love to pursuit a virtouse life! But... Sometimes dopamine get in the way and reason lost its way... So Here I will share some learnings and experiences from my personal challenges, that are: pornography/masturbation and use of cell phone before going to sleep and after. I also want to plan my days better and make the most out of them. If you have any advice let me know. Now have been more than a week that i have not done any of my adiction, but it has not been easy! I try to do other things when this issue come to my mind! Reading, walking... things low in dopamine. I love bussines, politics, economy, philosophy, religion and Education. I think that great things in life are conected and one help the understanding of the other. I am persuing my financial freedom and mainly my florishing and how to be a better person! Very happy to share it all with you!

I'm Isaac, and I joined this group to finally stop going to bed like a sleep-deprived raccoon and take control of my sleep, also to avoiding those “just five minutes” of scrolling that magically turn into an hour. I want to use social media strategically instead of letting it use me. I’m also working on being more consistent and organized in my writing. My goal is to get in the zone more often—those deep-focus moments where you forget time exists… instead of just forgetting why I opened my phone in the first place. Hey everyone! Seems the group has been going on for a while now! I joined a couple of days ago, happy to connect and set goals with all of you. I want to see some short term results everyday, I feel like I do work but have small procrastination breaks that keep me from reaching a good level of productivity. I currently work as Social Media Associate at FEE, I have a social media platform of my own, a startup where I manage outreach and manage small projects with friends and family. I struggle the most with TikTok (specially because I have to be involved since it's part of my job), chatting with multiple girls at the same time, I get very tired easily, and I'm currently hooked to Breaking Bad. Let me know what you think and if you have any tips!

I joined this group yesterday and looking forward to share and talk about my daily stuff here. I am a grad student at UW Madison and I am here to get rid of some of my bad habits like social media scrolling, staying up late, drinking beer smoking and unhealthy diet. The only thing I can say I am addicted to and is mainly responsible for my time waste is social media and phone. I hope that we all can help each other out in crushing our goals!!
