Day 25😬
This was a bad day again. I started the day off to a breakfast buffet and decided to eat an almond croissant which really made things worse. I actually really didn’t want to write this reflection since I felt annoyed at myself for doing it but thats what this accountability chat is for. The temptations like this will be going away tomorrow as I’m heading to Mongolia where supposedly there is “no vegan food” but we’ll see about that I think I’m committed to this still but having a 1 day streak vs a 23 day one was mentally too weak for me not to break yesterday

You're going vegan? That's an interesting challenge. Buffets are definitely a strong temptation to break fasts and diets. What do you usually have in the mornings? I kill my hunger urges with a bit of coffee, not a whole cup, but just some. You could try this, it might help!
Day 3 & 4
Hey everyone! I wasn't able to give my update on day 3, I had so much work, I didn't sleep until 11:50 which is really bad considering I wake up at 5:45 am. But my day was productive on day 3, struggled to film my last video of the day because I was really tired. Today, day 4, was better - I went to the gym, college, had a meeting almost all morning with my partners and developers for my startup. I was able to keep my workflow going at FEE, didn't miss anything on that note. I also had a meeting with a property developement company in Paraguay for future opportunities - which was definitely interesting. My diet was ok, cheated with something baked which is ok. I got back home at 8 and binged on tiktok a bit, I was supposed to write an article but I'm very tired, I did get through Uni work though so my night wasn't a waste after all!
Day 2
Woke up succesfully at 5:45 am today but it was raining heavily, that killed me, I skipped the gym and went straight to college. I had a bunch of meetings today, very productive in that sense, but took away working time. I organized my team's tasks through a sprint meeting, all our tasks are organized. I didn't film today but kept up with all my social media work. I broke my diet, had some chocolate and some processed carbs, it's hard to avoid them.

@Jackson Upmann This sounds like an amazing strategy, especially now that my will has been a bit weaker than usual, thank you!
Day 1
Today wasn't my most productive day, I usually strugle with mondays. I slack off all the weekend after hard work during the week, that makes it harder to get back on track. I worked on some things, probably the minimum, worked on others that werent a priority. I binged on a series today in between work and stayed up later than usual. I broke my no processed carbs and sugar diet, merely, but ate well in general. Tomorrow will be better, I usually start performing from tuesday forward.

Day 1 in group
Lose 1.5 kg today. Went to swimming pool and swim 1 km, then had a 10 min sauna. I am happy)

You should try fasting! It helped me lose body fat while at the same time keep muscle mass.

I stop eating at around 7:00 pm and then I break my fast with a high protein mid-fatty meal at 12:00 pm the next day. It helps your gut recover and also reduces fat, I workout at 6:00 am everyday and I don't have energy issues in the morning. Only drink water.
