Here's my advice:
Stop checking your likes and your follows.
Here are the 4 numbers that actually tell you if LinkedIn is working for your business:
1. Profile-to-DM conversion rate: How many people who visit your profile actually reach out? If it's under 1%, your profile isn't converting enough.
2. Content-to-conversation ratio: How many posts does it take to start one real business conversation? If it's more than 10, your content isn't attracting buyers.
3. DM-to-call conversion: Of the DMs you're getting, how many turn into a scheduled call? If it's under 20%, your positioning in the DMs is off.
4. Follower growth-to-pipeline ratio: Are the followers you're gaining people who could actually hire you? If not, you're building an audience, not a business.
