Building product
I want to build a product for my target audience( Digital marketing agencies). My concern is how do I find the specific problem faced by them as that will help me building the product. One other creator has told me to go through top creators comments, Is it the right thing to do Or Do you have any other suggestions for that?

Niche
I wanted to ask if my niche is good for providing services or not ? My niche is providing services to the digital marketing agencies in USA. I haven't niched down yet as I will need your help in that. Before that I need to make sure if I am moving in the right direction or not.

@Alex Colhoun Suree, I will do that. In content, we haven't posted it with a content strategy. The way you shared the content strategy for 2026 confused me a little of what should I post and how do I make strategy for my niche. Can you help me with that ?

Adding ICP and similar creators in engagement list
I m providing services to digital marketing agencies in USA. As you have shared Alex make 3 list for engagement. I already have the big creators list but I am not able to find similar creators and my ICP creators with whom I can engage. My ICP is not much active on LinkedIn, and I have tried a lot but not able to find ICP who is posting regularly. And similar goes with the similar creators. Can you help me with this?

@Alex Colhoun Yes, we are providing lead gen to digital marketing agencies in USA. We are also little stuck as we have tried a lot of outreach for around 300 outreach and we haven't booked a single call. And I am little confused over the thing which we are doing wrong. @Alex Colhoun Absolutely, that makes sense Alex. I've actually tried something similar before. Let me share this conversation so you can see what I mean. So the connect-first part I get, and I tried doing that here. But my issue is the middle part, like after the initial rapport, how do you actually transition into what you do without it feeling forced or salesy? That's where I keep getting stuck. Would you be able to show a quick example of how a conversation like the one you described actually flows from start to finish? Like a real back and forth where it doesn't feel like a pitch but still leads somewhere. That would be super helpful.
