In organizations with a toxic culture, there’s often significant pressure to "greenwash" responses. What if we use the IDGs to facilitate open dialogue—and, more importantly, active listening.
This community aspires to be curious rather than judgmental, and we can play a vital role in organizations by spending time on the “work floor”, observing and engaging with employees. Additionally, addressing workplace culture during management staff meetings could help foster meaningful change. This would start a process to bring the IDGs into action at work.
