Redefining Success
I've redefined my definition of success a long time ago, but I think I'm not the only one anymore (and I know many of you in this community have already done that too).
I've found this article on 'Millennial Exodus' really representing the Zeitgeist, and it's not just millenials.
I'd like to bring this to our Skillbuilder on Tuesday, March 31st 6pm CET where I'll come up with some questions for us to discuss how we can support this movement (either on the individual or the organization side).
