IDG Transition Forum 6

Yesterday I took part in the ongoing transition dialogues that have been taking place for the past 4 months,each call runs for 2hrs. For background context, the Transition forums are spaces for listening, sensing, and learning together, rather than for presenting, promoting, or teaching.

I was asked to speak about our community as a spin off that has taken it's own shape and form. I spoke for 5minutes on the origin of the community so that those present could "begin to explore what it means to move from volunteer energy into something more sustained and lived in practice." I share the image as it summarizes what has been seen and said so far. ID@Work is mirroring the system as we are made up of people who actually live the IDGs with belonging as an operating principle.
