Here at ID@Work we’re all interested in inner development and know that it is often our behaviors that run contrary to the necessary awareness, skills and courage we desperately need as a civilization in order to take care of future generations.

We aim to develop a list of powerful conversation starters that can help drive transformation throughout the organization.
