Merger: The Lean Practice 🤝
Hey Gang, If you've been in this community for a while, you'll notice the more we learn how to help chiros the more things change. To date, this is probably the biggest change coming, The Influential Chiropractor is is now a subset of this group. The Lean Practice is what it's become. Here's the honest version of why. When we started this group it was built around a marketing agency. A place to house content, share ideas, and give chiropractors access to marketing thinking they weren't getting anywhere else. That was genuinely the intention and we're proud of what it produced. This information hasn't changed at all, it is all still inside the classrooms, but what we have done is widen our approach to what we think we can help chiropractors do with their practices. Over the last couple of years something shifted in how we think about the real problem chiropractic practice owners are facing and it isn't marketing. It's margin. It's stability. It's the gap between how hard you're working and what you're actually keeping. It's the practice that looks successful from the outside and feels hollow from the inside. It's following playbooks that were never designed for the way you want to practise. Marketing doesn't fix any of that. A lean, stable, well-built practice does. So that's what this community is becoming. A home for chiropractors who want to build something profitable, enjoy their work, and create the lifestyle they actually want. Not the one someone else designed for them. What this means for you If you're an existing member, you're staying. No action required. You keep access to everything that's here and everything we continue to add at the free tier. We're building out a full course structure inside The Lean Practice, seven levels covering margin, stability, your practice model, marketing leverage, and growth. Paid members will work through that with us directly. But the community is open. The conversations are open. The thinking is open. If something we share is useful, use it. If something resonates, say so. If you have a question, ask it.

Wow what a awsome group. prolly unnecessary, but I just wanted to say hi guys. I was scrolling through some the members here and recognise a few of your names and clinics from following you online. How to Launch New Associates Profitably With Meta Ads
👉 Full breakdown in the blog: https://www.pracdev.com/post/Associate-launch-plan-pt2 Bringing on an associate shouldn’t break your margins. But for most clinics, it does. Not because ads don’t work - but because associates are launched as “more of the same.” Same ads. Same spend. Same expectations. Different numbers. When you add an associate: • conversion drops • payback slows • LTV softens • CAC rises And ads don’t forgive bad math. That’s why associate launches feel stressful instead of freeing. I put together a 2026 step-by-step associate launch plan that shows: • how to ramp ads without blowing budget • how to separate training spend from scale spend • how to protect CAC, payback, and LTV • how to build an associate who contributes to growth — not just cost This isn’t about running more ads. It’s about launching people profitably. If you plan to add (or already have) associates, this is required reading. 👉 Full breakdown in the blog: https://www.pracdev.com/post/Associate-launch-plan-pt2

Associates: this is your 100-day blueprint to your first 100 patients.
In this article, I lay out the phases that actually drive associate growth Full breakdown here: https://www.pracdev.com/post/Associate-launch-plan-pt1 or you can check it out on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuFElT4FhcY We break the first 100 days into clear stages: • build trust and visibility • activate the existing database • tighten conversion and follow-up • introduce ads only when earned • build a repeatable content rhythm • stabilise referrals and retention Each phase compounds the next. No guessing. No rushing to scale. No burning trust. a structured path from “new associate” to full associate... If you’re early in your associate journey (or stuck waiting for growth), this will give you clarity on what to focus on now and what can wait. You only need these four numbers for your marketing to work.
Full Blog here: https://www.pracdev.com/post/the-core-four Your ads aren't "working" because you're not using THESE four numbers to measure success. Ads only amplify the problems that aren't yet visible because volume will reveal whatever system faults you already have. If your economics are strong → ads scale profit. If your economics are weak → ads scale stress. That’s why clinics keep saying: “Ads worked… until they didn’t” “Lead costs are too high” “Meta changed something” “We need better targeting” In reality, they’re missing the same thing. There are four numbers that determine whether marketing scales calmly or collapses: • Cost to acquire a real patient • How fast you get paid back • How long it takes to break even • What a patient is actually worth long term If even one of those is off, the whole table wobbles. Better creative won’t fix it. More leads won’t fix it. Turning ads off won’t fix it. Only understanding the numbers will. I broke this down properly in a new blog - the money models that sit underneath every scalable clinic. If ads feel “expensive,” read this: https://www.pracdev.com/post/the-core-four
