Try this for 5 minutes: 1. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart 2. Soften your knees 3. Start gently shaking your legs 4. Let the movement travel upward — hips, torso, shoulders, arms 5. Breathe naturally (don’t force it) 6. Let the shaking be loose, organic, even a little messy There’s no “right” way. If emotions come up, let them move. If nothing happens, that’s fine too.
