Shake it off
Try this for 5 minutes:
  1. Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart
  2. Soften your knees
  3. Start gently shaking your legs
  4. Let the movement travel upward — hips, torso, shoulders, arms
  5. Breathe naturally (don’t force it)
  6. Let the shaking be loose, organic, even a little messy
There’s no “right” way.
If emotions come up, let them move.
If nothing happens, that’s fine too.
Why this works:
  • Releases stored tension and stress
  • Helps discharge excess adrenaline
  • Brings awareness back into the body
  • Creates space and flow instead of stagnation
When you’re done, stand still for 30–60 seconds and notice:
  • Your breath
  • Sensations
  • Any shift in mood or clarity
This is simple, but not shallow.
The body knows how to regulate — we just have to give it permission.
