Update: 2 month lay off update ... financials.
I promised you a full look behind the curtain... here we go...
"Is she crazy? Why is she showing us her income?" Cause that's how I roll.
I wish more entrepreneurs shared their actual numbers. The good months, the slow months, and everything in between.
Quick reminder, I run two businesses:
1. Marketing consulting for small and midsize businesses. I've intentionally chosen to work with just one client right now, bringing in $4,666/month.
2. CMO Growth Guide, where I help solopreneurs start and grow their businesses. This is my lower-ticket business, with offers ranging from $47 to $497.
Here's what my monthly revenue has looked like:
✅ While still working in corporate: averaging $1,500/month
✅ September: $5,158
✅ October: $7,043
✅ November: We'll see!
About six years ago, I built a similar business and made six figures in my first year as a marketing consultant and coach. I'd love to repeat that.
And then? The next goal is $300K a year.
Will I get there? Will I change my goal? I have no idea.
