Most business owners I talk to don’t have a lead generation problem. What they do have is a disconnected marketing system. Their website says one thing. Their LinkedIn content says another. They have a lead magnet sitting somewhere (or don't have one in the first place!). They send emails occasionally. They get referrals every now and then. But none of it works together as a system. And that’s exactly what I want to fix inside my program, Impact. It's structured around a 90-Day Client Pipeline Build. Over 3 months, we’ll work through the six parts of the IMPACT System and build the marketing system that brings new leads and clients into your business. Month 1: Get Clear We’ll work on your positioning, messaging, offer, and website so the right people immediately understand what you do and why they should care. Month 2: Build Your Lead Engine We’ll choose your visibility strategy, create your Modern Magnet, and build the path that turns attention into actual leads. Month 3: Turn Leads Into Clients We’ll build your nurture system and track what is actually creating leads, conversations, and clients. The goal isn’t to give you more marketing to do. It’s to connect the pieces you already know you need so they finally work together. And after the first 90 days, Impact becomes your ongoing marketing advisory board, where we keep looking at what’s working, what isn’t, and what you should focus on next. Impact is only $97/month. No long-term contract. It's on Skool, so downgrade or cancel anytime. No bro marketing. It's a client pipeline you understand, can run, and can keep improving. Build it once. Improve it every month. Would love to see you on the next Q&A or the next implementation call. Let me know if you have any questions.

I'm in. Looking forward to it!
What are you working on?
Are you reaching out to clients? Creating a new campaign? A new offer perhaps? I'm working on a new workshop with ad campaign right now. I hope to be launching the ads for it next week.

I'm working on the launch of the B2B Strategy Blueprint, a proprietary, AI-assisted, and customized diagnostic of the go-to-market strategy of emerging b2b tech startups. 12 Modules. One module per week, giving time to take action for each. The deliverable: Candid assessment and custom blueprint for building out the sales strategy and operations.

This appeared on my feed and wanted to share it with the group. Wondering if this tracks with your experience? While I don't know the OP, I do know that this is where I want to share research like this and have conversations about it. LMK your thoughts. Kaila Vander Horn • 2nd Head of Social Content @ Speedwork | LinkedIn Social Strategy | Your Marketer’s Favorite LinkedIn Marketer Promoted by Speedwork -- LinkedIn Ads Agency Follow LinkedIn just confirmed that Articles are the #1 format AI cites from their platform 🤯 According to their own internal data, Articles make up 60% of all LinkedIn content citations in AI search. While posts and pages account for the rest. That means when someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity a question in your industry, long-form Articles are what AI is pulling from most. And LinkedIn shared exactly what makes an Article get cited: → Frame your title as a question your audience is already asking → Add a TL;DR at the top → Use H2 subheadings as direct questions → Publish consistently on the same topic area → Aim for depth (around 800–1,200 words) Engagement still signals credibility, too. Highly cited articles typically have 60+ reactions and 10+ *quality* comments. So, what does this mean? Your LinkedIn strategy is your AI strategy now. And if Articles aren't part of it, someone else in your space is taking that visibility 👀

Thanks for sharing this, Lori. Only thing missing to my eye are sources to back up Speedwork's claims about what LinkedIn is ostensibly saying. According to ChatGPT.... "The likely source is LinkedIn Marketing Solutions’ March 12, 2026 article, “How to Leverage LinkedIn for AI Visibility in 2026.” Davang Shah, VP, Marketing at LinkedIn It's a good read. I've bookmarked it.
Thanks for coming on the lead gen call
It was so nice to meet all of you! And seeing some of you again.

One of the topics we talked about was earned media. I recently came upon Qwoted. The way I describe it is that it's a matchmaking service between journalists looking for experts and for the experts themselves to pitch to writers. It also has a new Press Release option that I haven't yet explored. I've only had one match so far that I decide to pitch to. It didn't lead to an invitation to contribute to a senior staff writer's piece at TechRepublic, and I haven't actively been searching for more "pitches" yet, but I can see enough potential in it to simply share it with the community. All my best!

@Mary Peterson Cook yes, and I’m looking forward to it. I’ve done lots of sessions like this in-person and over the web. Love the feeling I get from sharing what 4 decades in b2b tech sales and marketing has taught me!
