Welcome — Start Here 👋
If you’re here, you’re likely balancing training for HYROX (or hybrid racing) alongside a full life of work, family, leadership, ambition, etc... This community exists because training alone can be effective… but it can also be lonely. And most of us don’t need more intensity, we need more strategy, smarter structure, and people who get it. This space is for: - Women training for HYROX or hybrid events - Busy schedules + high standards - Smart training, not burnout - Learning the race format, rules, and how to improve each implement - Honest conversations about nutrition, recovery, and race-day prep - Support, perspective, and shared momentum There’s no pressure to post perfectly here. Ask questions. Share what’s working. Share what’s confusing. You’re among people navigating the same thing. To get us started, drop a comment with: 1. Where you’re training from 2. Your next HYROX (or hybrid) goal 3. One thing you’re currently unsure about in your training I’ll kick us off in the comments. Glad you’re here.
Hyrox programming
I’ve been loving the addition of Station efficiency to my programming. For example: Station Efficiency: 3:00 Work/0:45s Rest x 4 30m Sled Push, Race Weight Burpee Broad Jump Reps Remaining Time Does anyone else follow specific programming for Hyrox or running?? I’ve been following PRVN Hyrox programming for about 9 months now and love it!

Zone 2 Training
I just added zone 2 training into my program. I came from a CrossFit background where the methodology is to go as hard as you can for as long as you can…. 🥵 After researching how beneficial zone 2 training can be, especially for Hyrox athletes, I’m totally sold! It’s been a hard mental transition to get myself to slow down… Does anyone else do zone 2 training? What has been your experience?
