Hi my name is Kev,
Living on the Sunny Coast Australia, been interested in Hyrox ever since I first saw the event, was always a Crossfitter who enjoyed the long ones, preferably with running so when I saw this it was very exciting. Not to say I am a great distance runner though, with my initial background in football my miles have always been on the pitch. so I am very excited to see how much I can progress on this program.
