Stop getting locked up by faster defenders when you drive! If you want to build strength to blow by players you need 2 key concepts:
1. You must be able to load the hips quickly and explode toward the basket forcefully. The Single Leg Broad Jump is great for developing this quality.
2. You must have long strides! If you can get past your defender in one stride, then the battle to the rim is over. You won! Work on this with single leg bounds.
