Our knee itself often isn’t to blame. You need to fix the supporting muscles around your knee. These two tests will help you determine this:
- Gluteus medius. This muscle is the prime mover for lateral movement, but often underdeveloped. Fix this to take lateral stress off the knees.
- Soleus. It is one of the strongest muscles in our body. However, most people’s is incredibly weak. If you strengthen this, you will get more twitchy, jump higher, and even lessen knee pain!
