Hi girls 💜 I wanted to share my current progress pics along with my goal body. After my foot surgery, I’ve been working on getting stronger and balanced again. I’ve also been struggling a bit with my weight because of PCOS, but I’m focusing on building confidence, staying consistent, and improving little by little. Excited to keep pushing forward and stay motivated with all of you ✨💪

Now, let’s chat mindset for today: 👉 Stop chasing perfect, start chasing consistent. So many of us feel like if we can’t hit 100%, we’ve failed… but the truth is, chasing perfect is the fastest way to burn out. Instead, let’s aim for progress over perfection. Today my goal is 80% — not 100%. Because when you show up consistently at 80%, the results compound and last. 💬 Drop in the comments: What does your 80% look like today?
