While we are on a journey to focus on our health and wellness goals it is also important to prioritize rest and recovery Physical rest can be passive or active: ✨ more sleep ✨a 15-20 min nap ✨Stretching ✨Yoga ✨Massage ✨a nice walk with no music, and no podcast. Just you and your thoughts Your body is not a machine. Give it what it needs to reset. ❓How will you give your body physical rest this week?

My Now vs. Goal ✨
Hi girls 💜 I wanted to share my current progress pics along with my goal body. After my foot surgery, I’ve been working on getting stronger and balanced again. I’ve also been struggling a bit with my weight because of PCOS, but I’m focusing on building confidence, staying consistent, and improving little by little. Excited to keep pushing forward and stay motivated with all of you ✨💪
