Which niches would you recommend starting with?

Hi everyone, I’m building a review management/review generation service for local businesses and I’d love to get some advice from people already doing this.

I’m not using GoHighLevel. At the moment, my system works like this: the staff manually enters the customer’s name, WhatsApp number and appointment time, and then the system automatically sends the review request after the appointment.

I’m trying to figure out the best direction from here:

Which niches would you recommend starting with?
Should I try to connect the system directly to the CRM/booking software they already use, so staff don’t have to enter the customer manually?
If you were starting from scratch today, which niche and workflow would you focus on first?

I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have already tested this model.
