Which niches would you recommend starting with?
Hi everyone, I’m building a review management/review generation service for local businesses and I’d love to get some advice from people already doing this. I’m not using GoHighLevel. At the moment, my system works like this: the staff manually enters the customer’s name, WhatsApp number and appointment time, and then the system automatically sends the review request after the appointment. I’m trying to figure out the best direction from here: - Which niches would you recommend starting with? - Should I try to connect the system directly to the CRM/booking software they already use, so staff don’t have to enter the customer manually? - If you were starting from scratch today, which niche and workflow would you focus on first? I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have already tested this model.
Need advice: dedicated WhatsApp number per client (Italy). Twilio too expensive
Hey everyone, hoping to get some advice from people with WhatsApp Business API experience. I'm building a review-request automation service for local businesses (currently in Italy). The setup: each client business gets a secondary dedicated WhatsApp number used only for sending automated review requests — separate from their main number, which they keep using for bookings/customer inquiries. This way, the automation never touches or interferes with their primary business line. The problem: I need to do this for every business I onboard, and Twilio is quoting around $45-50/month for a local Italian number, which doesn't scale well across many clients. A few questions: 1. Are there any reliable and scalable alternatives/solutions? 2. Has anyone solved this "one secondary number per client" problem at scale in a cost-effective way? Any tips or gotchas I should know about? 3. Also, I don't have my agency registered yet (and I don't plan to do it until i make a decent amount of money), can I still proceed with buying a virtual number?

@Mouldi Nouri Thanks, really useful heads-up. For now I'll run it as a manual pilot with the first few clients, and once I have a handful of them I'll apply for Meta Tech Provider approval so onboarding and template creation can be handled properly per client. I'll keep an eye on sender reputation too. What would you recommend instead of one number per client?

@Sarvesh Pandey Good question. Here's why I prefer a separate number: 1. If the main number is connected to the API, it normally can't be used in the regular WhatsApp Business app anymore. There's Meta's Coexistence feature that allows both, but it isn't available for everyone. 2. If the review-request messages ever get a bad reputation (reports, blocks), the damage would hit the number the business uses for bookings and customer chats. With a separate number, the risk stays isolated. 3. The owner doesn't have to touch or change anything they already use.
What number does the client see?
I have a doubt. When we send the feedback request to the client, which number does he see? For example, if I'm working with an hairdresser X and, after she did the work, we send a message to ask the feedback to the client Y (on WhatsApp, for example), does client Y receive it from X or from my agency number?
Best way to trigger review requests after a restaurant visit?
Hey everyone, I’m working on an MVP for a review management SaaS for restaurants and I’m trying to figure out the best workflow. The idea is to automatically send a WhatsApp message asking for feedback/review after the customer has actually visited the restaurant, not simply after making a reservation. The problem is: - For customers who book a table, we have their name and phone number, but we don't know exactly when they actually finish their meal. I could have the staff manually mark them as “served”, but ideally I’d like this to be automated. - For walk-in customers, we often don't have their phone number at all. My ideal setup would be something like: Customer pays → POS/restaurant management system detects the completed transaction → triggers the review request → WhatsApp message is sent 30–60 minutes later. Is this realistically possible through integrations/APIs with restaurant POS or management systems? And if so, which restaurant management/POS systems would be worth integrating with first, especially in Europe/Italy? I’m trying to keep the MVP simple and avoid building a different integration for every system, so I’d really appreciate advice from people who have experience with restaurant tech.

Heysegment + WhatsApp for the Italian market 🇮🇹
Hey! I’m considering using Heysegment to launch a review management service in the Italian market, and I had a couple of questions: 1. Does Heysegment support WhatsApp review requests and automated follow-ups through Twilio, or would I need GoHighLevel? 2. Can I fully white-label Heysegment under my own brand/domain? 3. Can I use Heysegment for the Italian market, including Italian language, Italian phone numbers and Italian Google Business Profiles? 4. Can I import customers via CSV (name, phone, date of visit) and automatically send the review request after a specific delay? 5. How does the private feedback page work? Can customers leave private feedback while still having the option to leave a Google review? I’m looking to test this with a few Italian restaurants first, so I’d ideally like to avoid building my own software if Heysegment can handle everything. Thanks!
