Looking for CSM - Part time to full time position
Looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM)
Need someone to help manage clients once they come on board.
Mainly:
- onboarding clients
- keeping things organised
- making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- being the point of contact
What you’d be doing
- onboarding calls / setup
- collecting what we need (GBP access, photos, etc.)
- working with our VA to get everything live
- replying to clients (email + occasional calls)
- keeping track of progress (reviews, GBP, SEO stuff)
- sending updates / reports
- flagging issues early
- spotting upsell opportunities
You’re a good fit if you:
- are organised and don’t miss things
- communicate clearly (no fluff)
- have done client management before
- can handle multiple clients at once
- are proactive (don’t wait to be told what to do)
Bonus if you’ve used GHL / Trello / Zapier before
Setup

- AU timezone preferred
