Looking for CSM - Part time to full time position
Looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) Need someone to help manage clients once they come on board. Mainly: - onboarding clients - keeping things organised - making sure nothing falls through the cracks - being the point of contact What youโ€™d be doing - onboarding calls / setup - collecting what we need (GBP access, photos, etc.) - working with our VA to get everything live - replying to clients (email + occasional calls) - keeping track of progress (reviews, GBP, SEO stuff) - sending updates / reports - flagging issues early - spotting upsell opportunities Youโ€™re a good fit if you: - are organised and donโ€™t miss things - communicate clearly (no fluff) - have done client management before - can handle multiple clients at once - are proactive (donโ€™t wait to be told what to do) Bonus if youโ€™ve used GHL / Trello / Zapier before Setup - remote - AU timezone preferred To apply Just send me a DM with: - a quick intro - what youโ€™ve done before - tools youโ€™ve used
24K monthly revenue - 8 month in
Just wanted to share this with you guys. when i started like 8 months ago i had a goal to hit around 100 deals in my first year and get to about 15k MRR just selling reviews. Back then i honestly had no clue if this was gonna work. I was just hoping i could figure it out as i go. now weโ€™re about 8 months in and iโ€™ve done around 24k in revenue (not MRR). Super thankful for this community as i would have never made it without it. Lots of ups and downs, stressful days, times where everything feels all over the place and you donโ€™t really know what youโ€™re doing. Whatโ€™s worked for me more than anything has been cold calling and just building relationships. I kept the offer simple with reviews as the entry point. Low friction and it actually gets results - that made it way easier to build trust and then upsell into better retainers after. But yeah iโ€™m still figuring it all out. To this day, havenโ€™t even properly started meta ads yet, still getting better with ghl automations or figuring out how to run my books ahah. But if thereโ€™s one thing i do feel confident on now - cold calling. So I am thinking of putting together a skool group just around that. Like how i approach calls, whatโ€™s working, staying consistent etc. if you want in just shoot me a dm here on skool and iโ€™ll send you a link when itโ€™s up.

Got 10K MRR after 6 months with 46 clients!
Big shout out to @Clay Lawrence ! I genuinely couldnโ€™t have done this without his blueprint. To anyone starting out and doubting themselves or the process, donโ€™t. Just show up every day, do the work, follow the steps, and the results will come. Iโ€™ve had many businesses before (or at least tried to). I failed plenty of times, mostly because I never knew if what I was doing was the right thing. Because of that, I kept changing strategies instead of sticking to what actually worked. Since joining this community, I never felt like I had to guess. I had proper guidance and real references from people who were already doing exactly what I wanted to do and doing it successfully. That gave me confidence. I knew what I was doing was right, I just had to do it long enough for the results to show. Sales experience helped me a lot, which is why I used cold calling as my main acquisition channel. Other than that, I had zero GHL experience and learned everything from scratch. Itโ€™s been an amazing but very challenging journey. Iโ€™ve had five clients cancel so far, but that didnโ€™t stop me. If anything, it helped me realize they werenโ€™t the right fit and taught me valuable lessons. Iโ€™ve probably taken ten to fifteen days off in the last six months. I pushed hard because I wanted to hit 10K, and honestly, I didnโ€™t mind the workload. I got addicted to the process and started treating sales like a game. To everyone out there, take action, try, learn, and win. Donโ€™t sit back and overthink, youโ€™ll just waste time you could be using to make money. For reference, I closed my first three sales before I even finished the basics of setting up GHL.
