Do you hire someone to handle automation setup?

When you get a client for your agency, do you handle the work (automations, AI setup, etc), or do you pass it on to someone else like hiring someone on Fiverr, Upwork, etc? If you pass it on, who do you use? I'd love to be able to hire someone on to take care of the client set up and automations but want to use someone that someone else recommends.
