Guess what! LinkedIn changed their algorithms and if you do not pay shift your strategy, you will continue the job search inertia. You need to be posting content related to what your PVP is. What's your PVP: Professional Value Proposition. In other words, what you offer employers as a candidate and hopefully hired employee. By posting you are triggering the algorithms towards your profile. People viewing your profile will increase your chances of someone looking to hire someone just like you.
