Hello lovely people, This week's recordings are now up and ready whenever you have the time. Week 9 Vinyasa marks the second last week of this particular sequence. By now you'll probably notice that things don't feel quite so unfamiliar. The shapes, the transitions and the rhythm begin to settle, leaving a little more space to simply move and breathe. Our Mat Pilates session is a little bit of a balance class this week. Not because balance is about standing on one leg, but because balance asks us to pay attention. It reminds us that strength isn't just about effort—it's about awareness, timing and making small adjustments. If you've been thinking, I really need to move more, I'd encourage you to stop thinking about the biggesr picture and start looking for just one session at a time. Movement doesn't have to compete with your busy life. It can fit around it. Some weeks you'll do every class. Other weeks you'll squeeze one in between work, family and everything else. Both count. The people who feel the long-term benefits aren't usually the ones who train the hardest—they're the ones who simply keep coming back. The recordings are there whenever you need them. Early morning, after dinner, on a rainy Sunday, or in that unexpected gap that appears in your day. Your body doesn't mind when you move. It just appreciates that you do. Individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month, giving you unlimited access to all classes, recordings and the growing movement library. Hello lovely people, This week’s recordings are now up and ready when you are. Mat Pilates Core is there waiting for you — a session focused on the abdominals and hips. Fair warning: your abs and hips may have words afterwards. A strong, steady session to help build support through the body and get things moving again. Week 7 Vinyasa is also now up. This week is about steady consolidation — building capacity now that we’ve got all the bits. Less about learning new things and more about bringing it together, finding flow, and letting the practice start to feel more familiar in your body. Whether you want to repeat the class, move at your own pace, or simply get all your bits moving again, the recordings are there for you. Individual sessions can be purchased and added to your library for $10 USD, or you can access everything in the community for $70 USD per month — classes, recordings and the growing movement library. Hello everyone, A warm welcome to those of you who have recently joined our private Skool platform. This space has been created to give you steady, practical access to your practice - on your terms. If you’ve already had a look around, you’ll see a small library of free sessions available to you with your current membership. These are there for you to return to as often as you like, and to begin shaping a personal library that actually suits your body, your time, and your needs - building it over time by adding the classes that work for you. Each week, I upload three recordings from our live classes. These are available for you to access anytime, allowing you to build consistency without needing to be in the room. Access is available to each session for approximately $13 AUD ($10 USD). Full access is available to the entire libraby for $98 AUD per month ($70 AUS) Over the next two weeks, I’ll be adding a series of short, focused sessions - around 15 minutes each - designed to support specific areas such as hips, shoulders, and back care. These are simple, direct, and intended to be easy to integrate into your day. This platform is not about doing more. It’s about working with what is in front of you, and building something steady from there. If there is something specific you are trying to manage - pain, stiffness, uncertainty, or even just where to begin please reach out. Mat Pilates Functional fitness Vinyasa week 9 You can ‘rent’ them for $10 us (about $13) and add them into your library. Remember your library is your to build full of the things you want and need.
