As requests… here is the longer version of a Working Bodies - Unwind & Restore session.
As part of the Working Bodies series, a new 42-minute mat-based session has now dropped inside the platform.
Designed to help relieve stiffness and improve the way your body moves, this class focuses on hips and shoulders, paired with exercises that explore rotation and abdominal strength to support better everyday movement.
No equipment needed. Just a mat (or carpet), a little bit of space, and 42 minutes for your body.
If you’ve been feeling tight, stiff, or like life has been leaving its mark on your body lately, this is a good one. Expect slow, steady and quietly strengthening movement - practical work designed to help you feel more capable, supported, and comfortable in your body.
A very good session for the quieter, deeper type.
