New Weekly Sessions + Upcoming Working Bodies Release
Hello everyone,
This week’s new sessions have now been added to the library.
You’ll find:
• Week 2 of Term 2 Vinyasa
• A new Mat Pilates session focused on Legs, Hips, Abs & Arms
These classes continue building strength, support and steadiness through intelligent, progressive movement that works for real bodies and real lives.
Thank you also for all the feedback on the Working Bodies – Hips & Knees program.
I completely agree that the short-form format makes movement achievable, even on the busiest days. Small amounts done consistently really do create meaningful change over time.

WORKING BODIES – Upper Back & Neck Health
This new series is designed to help reduce neck stiffness, upper back tightness and the gradual “doming” or rounding that can develop through stress, driving, desk work and daily posture habits. The focus will be on improving mobility, support and movement awareness through the upper spine and shoulder girdle.
