Reactive LLC
you can usually reactivate an LLC, but the process depends on which state your LLC was formed in and why it became inactive. You keep the age of it as well.
In most states, reactivating an LLC involves:
- Filing an application for reinstatement.
- Filing any overdue annual reports.
- Paying any past-due fees, taxes, penalties, and the reinstatement fee.
- Resolving any outstanding tax issues, if applicable.
