Discover Charge-Off Removed 🎯
Just wanted to share a win and the strategy I used. My Discover charge-off was reporting different Date of First Delinquency information across the bureaus. I disputed the DOFD discrepancy with Experian, and after the investigation, the entire Discover account was deleted. My Experian FICO 8 jumped 55 points, from 667 to 722. I then disputed the DOFD with Equifax and attached the Experian dispute result showing that the same Discover account had been deleted. The Equifax dispute is currently still in process, but my Equifax score has already jumped 32 points to 775. Sharing this because checking the actual reporting details across all three bureaus can make a big difference. I’ll update the group once the Equifax investigation is officially completed. Hoping it don’t come back🙏

NFCU Reconsideration for Another Card After Flagship Denial?
I applied for the NFCU Flagship after being prequalified for all 5 personal cards. My application went into manual review, but I was denied a few days later. My business partner also applied for the Flagship and was denied, but his application did not go into manual review. NFCU immediately gave him the option to accept another card with a $1,000 limit instead. Since I was prequalified for all 5 cards before applying, would it make sense for me to call NFCU and ask them to reconsider the same application for a different card product instead of the Flagship? My original application is still recent, and I’d prefer not to submit a new application or take another hard inquiry. I just want to see if they going to still throw me a bag with a different product. Has anyone successfully had NFCU reconsider a denied application for a different card product after manual review?

🔥 Discover Charge-Off Deleted From Experian — +55 FICO Points 🚀
Big win today 🔥 I got an old Discover charge-off deleted from Experian and my FICO 8 jumped 55 points, from 667 to 722. What I did was compare the Date of First Delinquency being reported across the bureaus. I noticed the dates did not match, so I disputed the DOFD with Experian and asked them to verify the correct date with Discover and update the reporting if inaccurate. Experian completed the investigation and deleted the entire Discover account from my report. I then used the Experian deletion result as supporting documentation for my Equifax dispute and asked Equifax to verify its DOFD reporting as well. Now I’m waiting on the Equifax investigation. Appreciate everything I’ve learned from the group and mentorship 🔥🚀 I’ll update everyone with the Equifax result.

Plays After Playsx
Yoo! What’s a good strategy to get a CC from AMEX, Chase, Wells etc. I have a 10k tradeline incoming. Should I wait till it hit before trying to make a play?
