Thanks for adding me to the community! I’m 51 and trying to add muscle and tone up and connect with guys doing the same for motivation, accountability, and tips. Work with my trainer 2-3x week and trying to add 1-2 more workouts on my own to amp up my progress. Down 25 lbs consistently from over a year ago. It’s so easy too skip a solo workout! 🙄
