Daily Root Chakra Ritual for Inner Child Healing Duration: 3–5 minutes Time: Morning or before bed Optional Tools: Red candle, grounding crystal (hematite/garnet), cozy blanket Step 1: Ground Sit or stand with your feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath into your belly. Feel the connection between your body and the Earth — stable, steady, holding you. Step 2: Inner Child Connection Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly or base of the spine. Close your eyes and gently invite your 5-year-old Inner Child into awareness. Say softly: “Hi sweetheart. I’m here. I see you. I love you.” “You are safe with me.” “You are more than enough.” Step 3: Affirm the Truth Repeat this affirmation out loud or silently: “I am enough. I’ve always been enough. My roots are strong. I belong. I am safe in who I am.” Feel these words not just in your mind — but in your body, especially in your root. Step 4: Anchor with Breath or Touch Take three slow, deep breaths. With each exhale, imagine the red light at your root glowing brighter. You can gently sway, hug yourself, or rock — whatever feels nurturing. Step 5: Close with Love Thank your Inner Child: “Thank you for showing up. I’ll keep showing up for you.” Blow out the candle if you used one. Carry that warmth into your day or rest

Breath of Release • Inhale deeply—feel into what is ready to be let go. • Exhale fully, releasing tension, old stories, or grief into the Earth. “I release all that is not aligned with my divine truth.” 3. Light Body Activation • Visualize golden-white Light entering your crown, flowing down your spine, filling your cells. • See it anchoring in your heart and womb/hara, expanding into the Diamond Sun Grid. “I receive the codes of Christos-Sophia. I become a conduit of divine balance.” 4. Sacred Intention • Place hands on your heart. • Ask inward: “What is my soul’s highest expression now?” • Listen. When a word, image, or sensation arises, speak it into your field: _“I now embody _______.” 5. Global Offering • With hands on your heart, send Light into the planetary grid—into waters, beings, and elemental realms. “May all beings remember their divine essence.
