The Practice That Exposes Your Override Patterns
Today's practice is short. But it's going to show you something about yourself. I call it the Override Audit. And when I first did this on myself, it was uncomfortable in the best possible way. The Override Audit (10 minutes) Sit quietly. Have something to write with. Bring to mind three decisions from the past year — one small (daily life), one medium (relationships or work), one large (a major life choice). For each one, ask: 1. What did I know immediately, before I thought about it? 2. What did I do instead? 3. Why? Most people find the same override patterns showing up again and again: → I overrode my knowing because I didn't want to disappoint someone. → I overrode it because I was afraid of what acting on it would mean. → I overrode it because I thought I was imagining it. → I overrode it because someone else was very sure, and I trusted their certainty more than my own quiet. Awareness is where change begins. Write down your pattern. Just name it. Something will shift when you do.

Sacred space ritual for manifesting

You can find it in the April monthly theme practices, download the pdf 🩷 Exercise 3 · 10–15 minutes The Sacred Space Ritual Your physical space holds energy — just like your body does. This ritual uses space clearing principles combined with intentional ritual to turn your environment into an active manifestation anchor. When your space holds your intention, you're surrounded by your own signal 24/7. What you'll need: a candle (any kind), something that represents your intention (a written note, an object, a photo), and optionally sage, palo santo, or incense. HOW TO DO IT 1. Choose a small area in your home — a shelf, a corner of your desk, a windowsill. This will become your manifestation altar for the month. It doesn't need to be elaborate. It needs to be intentional. 2. Clear the space first. If you have sage, palo santo, or incense, light it and let the smoke move through the area. If not, use your hands — sweep the energy of the space just as you learned in March's Auric Sweep, but directed at the surface and the air around it. Set the intention: "I clear this space of all stagnant and misaligned energy." 3. Place your candle in the center of the space. Around it, arrange whatever represents your intention — your written statement, a meaningful object, a card, a crystal. Keep it simple and genuine. 4. Light the candle. As you do, say your intention out loud — the same clear statement from Exercise 1. Speak it to the space. You are literally encoding your physical environment with your frequency. 5. Sit in front of your altar for 3–5 minutes. Breathe. Feel the frequency of your intention. Let the candle hold it. Let the space hold it. You're not asking for anything — you're declaring. 6. When you're ready, close with gratitude. Say: "This space holds my intention. I am held. I trust." 7. Leave the altar up for the rest of the month. Every time you walk past it, it reinforces the signal. You can light the candle whenever you want to re-activate the practice — even for 60 seconds.
Practice: Resetting Your Receiver
Let's do this one practice to reset clear the way you receive through claircognizance: Sit down somewhere quiet. Put your phone face down. Take three slow breath: not the kind you rush through, the kind where you actually feel your ribs expand. Now ask yourself this question, and don't try to answer it yet. Just let it sit: "When do I know something without knowing how I know it?" Don't analyze. Don't write anything down yet. Just... let the question float. Because the truth is, you already know the feeling. You've had it. Maybe you dismissed it. Maybe you called it "a coincidence" or "just a hunch." Maybe someone told you you were imagining things. But it was real. It's always been real. This month, we're not learning something new. We're coming back to something you already have and we're learning to trust it enough to act on it. And this helps you and your body to remember how you receive through Claircognizance. So again this is the practice: 5 minutes you can do it as you read this post: Sit quietly. Close your eyes. Think of a moment in your life where you knew something before you had any logical reason to know it. A phone call you sensed before it happened. A person whose energy felt wrong before they showed you why. A decision that felt clear even when everything around it was uncertain. Let yourself sit inside that memory. Feel what that knowing felt like in your body. Was it a warmth? A stillness? A sensation in your chest or stomach? That feeling — that specific felt sense — is your intuitive signal. Practice: The Signal Check
Before the weekend pulls you into its rhythm, take five minutes for this. Meditation/journaling prompt: "If my energy field has been broadcasting one dominant signal all week, what was it? And is that the signal I want to carry into next week?" Write whatever comes. Don't edit. Don't make it pretty. Mini reset ritual: Stand up. Shake your whole body out (hands, arms, legs, shoulders) for 30 seconds. Let it be ridiculous. You're literally shaking off the week. Then do an Auric Sweep, just three passes front, sides, back. As if you are in your shower, and clean from head to toes. Place your hands on your heart. Take one breath in and say (out loud or inside): "I reset. I choose what lives in my field from here." That's it. Go enjoy your end of the week from a clear place. ✦
Practice: The Heart-Field Intention Setting
Heart-Field Intention Setting for manifestation: 10–12 minutes The heart generates the strongest electromagnetic field in your body. Stronger than the brain. When your heart is coherent, meaning it's in a steady, elevated emotional state, your entire field reorganises around that signal. This isn't theory. This is measurable. - Sit quietly. Close your eyes. Place both hands on your heart. - Breathe slowly: in through the nose for 5 counts, out through the mouth for 7 counts. Do this for about a minute until you feel your body settle. - Now bring your awareness fully into your heart space. Feel the warmth of your hands. Feel your heartbeat if you can. - Begin to generate a genuine feeling of gratitude. Not forced find something real. A person you love. A moment that moved you. Your child's face. A time you felt deeply held. Let the feeling build in your chest. Let it be warm and full. - When the gratitude feels strong and real, like your chest is glowing, introduce your intention. But don't think about it from your mind. Feel it from your heart. Feel what it would feel like to already have it. Not the thing itself but the feeling of having it. - Let that feeling expand. Imagine it radiating outward from your heart, filling your whole body, then expanding into your energy field. Your whole aura is now vibrating with this feeling. - Stay here for 3–5 minutes. Breathe. Don't force. Just hold the feeling and let your field organise around it. - When you're ready, take a deep breath in, press your hands gently into your chest, and say: "This is my signal. This is what I broadcast." - Open your eyes slowly. Take a moment before you move. The key: This only works when the feeling is genuine. If you're faking it, your field knows.
