Here's the insight: most of what we're waiting for an external thing to "give us" — we can actually give ourselves right now. The confidence. The rest. The self-respect. The space. The permission. And when you start living from that place — your field shifts. Because you're no longer broadcasting "I'm waiting." You're broadcasting "I'm here." Answer honestly: If the thing you want was already here, what's one thing you would do differently starting today? And then — here's the real question — what's stopping you from doing that thing right now, before it arrives?

Hands of light by Barbara Brennan Initiation is almost autobiographical about Elsabeth’s experience of suddenly channeling and astral projecting, remembering past lives and her spiritual path. Anna is a channeled booked received by Claire following the journeys of the grandmother of Jesus. It holds many essenes codes and teachings. Hands of light was a great introduction to hands on energy healing and self healing.
