Practice: The Signal Check
Before the weekend pulls you into its rhythm, take five minutes for this.
Meditation/journaling prompt:
"If my energy field has been broadcasting one dominant signal all week, what was it? And is that the signal I want to carry into next week?"
Write whatever comes. Don't edit. Don't make it pretty.
Mini reset ritual:
Stand up. Shake your whole body out (hands, arms, legs, shoulders) for 30 seconds. Let it be ridiculous. You're literally shaking off the week.
Then do an Auric Sweep, just three passes front, sides, back. As if you are in your shower, and clean from head to toes.
Place your hands on your heart. Take one breath in and say (out loud or inside): "I reset. I choose what lives in my field from here."
That's it. Go enjoy your end of the week from a clear place.
