🥩Did you know you can increase dopamine through certain foods? For example - Protein! How many times have a told my clients to eat more protein! So not only does increasing your protein help lose weight - it also increases your dopamine!
Creating a foundation of dopamine helps build resillience, eliminate brain fog and improve motivation.
