The Relationship Hormone & Weight Loss Connection
Why Your Relationships May Be Affecting Your Weight, Cravings, Sleep, and Menopause Symptoms and Solutions to Heal Them 🌟 LIVE GROUP COACHING THIS THURSDAY 🌟 Most women think hormone imbalances are caused only by food, aging, or lack of exercise. But what if one of the biggest hidden stressors is sitting right in front of you? Your relationships. Whether it's your partner, adult child, family member, friend, or even yourself, relationship stress can keep your nervous system stuck in survival mode, elevate cortisol, trigger emotional eating, increase cravings, disrupt sleep, and make it much harder to reach your health goals. Join me this Thursday as we explore: āœ… How relationship stress impacts cortisol and hormone balance āœ… Why unresolved conflict can trigger cravings, emotional eating, and weight gain āœ… The connection between your nervous system and your ability to heal āœ… The ā€œPower vs Forceā€ model explaining how your life state affects your healthy, happiness and healing. āœ… Powerful techniques for changing your life state and healing your relationships I'll also share a personal story about a recent conflict with my daughter and how one simple practice helped transform the situation in a way I never expected. If you've ever found yourself stress eating, feeling overwhelmed by a relationship, struggling to set boundaries, or wondering why you're "doing everything right" but not getting results, this session is for you. šŸ“… Thursday, June 18th, 2026ā° 8:00 am Mountain Time, 10:00 am Eastern Time, 4:00 PM Central European Time (mark your calendars now!) STEP 1: WELCOME ORIENTATION - START HERE
🌸Welcome to our brand new Holistic Hormone, Brain and Body Community! First let me explain Holistic: Holistic refers to an approach that treats the whole system—body, mind, and spirit—rather than just individual parts or symptoms. It emphasizes that all aspects of a person or system are interconnected, and understanding the whole is crucial for health and well-being. Commonly used in medicine, this approach blends conventional, lifestyle, and alternative therapies. Key Aspects of a Holistic Approach: - Comprehensive Care: Focuses on the whole person (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual). - Root Cause Focus: Aims to treat underlying causes of health issues, not just symptomatic relief. - Interconnectedness: Considers how diet, stress, relationships, and environment affect overall health. - Active Partnership: Encourages patients to take charge of their well-being through lifestyle changes. That is what you will find both in SKOOL and in our more intensive partnership program: Holistic Hormone Targeted Solutions. Allow me to introduce you to our SKOOL! Could This Be the Missing Piece in Your Weight Loss (or Brain Fog) Journey?
šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„ We talk a lot about hormones here — and you know how much they matter. But there's another piece of the puzzle that almost never gets mentioned — and when I started seeing it consistently in our genetic testing results, it stopped me in my tracks. It's called HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE — and it may be quietly sabotaging your weight loss and other goals, even when your hormones are improving. Does any of this sound like you? - Bloating that seems way out of proportion to what you ate - Brain fog that gets worse as the day goes on - Headaches that creep in an hour or two after eating - Hives or itchy skin for no obvious reason - Stubborn belly fat that just won't budge - Runny nose or congestion after a glass of wine - If you're nodding — keep reading. šŸ‘‡ Here's the thing most women don't know. Histamine isn't just an allergy thing. Your body produces it naturally, but when there's too much of it — or your body can't break it down fast enough — it tells your body to store fat, drives inflammation, causes water retention, and blocks the signal that tells your brain you're full. And the foods that trigger it? You're probably eating them every day thinking they're fine — or even healthy. - šŸ„“ Bacon and sausage - šŸ· Red wine and prosecco - šŸ§€ Aged cheeses — parmesan and sharp cheddar especially - šŸ„— Anything with vinegar — dressings, pickles, condiments - šŸ«™ Yogurt (I know it's healthy - but maybe not for you!) - The tricky part is that histamine is cumulative. One of these foods on its own might be fine. But yogurt at breakfast, vinegar dressing at lunch, wine and parmesan at dinner? By the end of the day your body can be in histamine overload — and you'd have no idea why you feel so awful. Why do some of us have this and others don't? GENETICS: Some women are simply predisposed to producing too much histamine, or their body can't break it down efficiently. It's written into your biology — which is exactly why we now include the 3x4 Genetic Test alongside hormone testing for all our clients.

Day 4 of our Iceland adventure and I can confidently say that renting a car was absolutely worth it. The freedom to explore wherever and whenever we want has made this trip even more special. The food has been incredible—everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. Last night we even got to try homemade ketchup, which was surprisingly delicious! You could purchase a cup of fresh tomato’s for the road. So far, the hot springs remain my favorite experience. There is just something magical about soaking in the warm water while surrounded by Iceland’s stunning landscape. Every day brings a new adventure, and we’re loving every minute of it. šŸ‡®šŸ‡øā¤ļø Where have others traveled recently and what was your favorite part?

šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤— For those of you who missed the Group Coaching Class - we discussed how to create a foundation of the "feel good" chemical dopamine, in your brain. I wanted to post this presentation so you can benefit from it! I truly hope you can make the next one! Group coaching is a very important and valuable benefit of the Holistic Hormone, Brain & Body SKOOL because of the experential and connection components where you are sharing with other women who are often going through the same challenges you are! This coaching presentation provides simple natural solutions to boost this "feel good" brain chemical in your brain in a way you can create a foundation, rather than the quick fix that you get from sugar, drugs and alcohol and even sex - especially the kind of sex used as a temporary replacement for true connection that builds this foundation. 🄩Did you know you can increase dopamine through certain foods? For example - Protein! How many times have a told my clients to eat more protein! So not only does increasing your protein help lose weight - it also increases your dopamine! Creating a foundation of dopamine helps build resillience, eliminate brain fog and improve motivation. There are many other solutions included in this presentation and also an exercise to help you build your own "feel good" foundation. Let me know what you think and your experience in the comments!
