New research on how the gut serves as an intermediary in our hormone balance, demonstrates a very strong connection between gut problems and estrogen dominance. Issues such as food sensitivity, brain fog, bloating and mood swings are now found to have dramatic improvements when these gut issues are addressed. Since most women go to different doctors for these problems - the connection is generally not made.
