Good morning!
I have adhd and cptsd. I don't say that as a victim.. I say it to honor myself AS I work hard to create a life of my own etc. But what I wanted to say is I went through a bin of "stuff" this morning, and it was HARD. Lots of triggering stuff in there. Rough. But! I found this quote in there. I have no idea when I printed it off, but I'm grateful because if I hadn't gone through the STUFF (literally), I wouldn't have e found it.
