with everything going on in the world, what are the themes you are experiencing?
what are the themes you or the people around you are experiencing right now? how has your energy been shifting over the last year? with AI, the global energy etc? and what do you most desire in your life right now? what you are your biggest challenges? I'm on a flight to LA right now to go on a podcast this week and I'm curious and will touch on some of what I see in the content!

we are the High Vibe Tribe dedicated to elevating our vibration and expanding our consciousness. We stand for healing and going into our inner work to transform from the inside out. When you go through a spiritual awakening many feel like the lone wolves in their family. This community is a way to connect with other people like you… dedicated to healing the past, spiritual growth, and creating their dream life. This is not about surface level change or thinking better thoughts… it’s about doing the inner work, looking at subconscious parts most people avoid (the shadow) and creating inside out transformation. There are some Rules for this community to keep it a safe space… 1. Absolutely no selling or promoting other groups/events. This includes directing messaging other members. Members who break this rule will be banned from the group.  2. Posts should either add value and be well thought out. Lets create a high vibe, supportive community section  3. No posting “who else lives in New York?” Etc these will be deleted as if everyone posted them the group will be flooded with it. if you want to learn how to see who lives in your city I share in the video below 4. Be supportive and accepting of other people. Like posts, support other people and encourage them.

We fall in love with three people In our lifetime.
This is why ... 1. The First Love It happens when we're young. You believe it will last forever. You love without fear, without caution, and without knowing how much a heart can hurt. You see the best in them. You imagine a future together. You think love is enough. And even if it doesn't last... it teaches you what it feels like to open your heart for the first time. 2. The Second Love The one that breaks you. The one that changes you. This love arrives to teach lessons the first one couldn't. It teaches heartbreak. It teaches disappointment. It teaches boundaries. It teaches self-worth. You cry more. You question more. You learn more. This is the love that forces you to grow. The one that shows you what love should be... and what it should never be. 3. The Third Love It arrives when you least expect it. Not when you're looking. Not when you're trying to force it. It simply appears. And somehow... it feels different. There are fewer games. Less confusion. Less chasing. You don't have to pretend. You don't have to convince. You don't have to constantly wonder where you stand. Your walls slowly come down. Trust returns. And for the first time... love feels peaceful instead of exhausting. It feels like home. - The first love teaches you how to love. - The second love teaches you how to grow. - The third love teaches you how love should feel. And that's when you finally understand... why the others didn't last. Because some people come into your life to stay. And some come into your life to prepare you for the one who always be by your side.

My biggest lesson in the last 7 days
10 WAYS TO RESPECT YOURSELF 1. Not told? Don't chase answers. If someone consistently keeps you in the dark, let their actions speak. You shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or honesty. 2. Last-minute invitation? Decline respectfully. It's okay to say no when you're treated like an afterthought. Your time is just as valuable as everyone else's. 3. Not invited? Don't force your way in. Go where you're genuinely welcomed, appreciated, and valued—not where you have to earn a place. 4. Repeatedly left out? Move on peacefully. Constant exclusion is often a clear message. Accept it with dignity instead of chasing acceptance. 5. Always the one reaching out? Step back. Healthy relationships are built on mutual effort. Stop carrying connections that only survive because of you. 6. Feeling used? Set stronger boundaries. People often continue what you continually allow. Boundaries are an act of self-respect, not selfishness. 7. Taken for granted? Value yourself more. When you stop overgiving, you begin to see who truly values your presence and who only valued your availability. 8. Ignored messages? Stop chasing attention. Silence can be painful, but it can also bring clarity. Don't beg for the effort someone is unwilling to give freely. 9. Constantly explaining yourself? Stop. You don't need everyone's approval to live according to your values. Not every decision requires a defense. 10. Feeling consistently unappreciated? Create distance. Sometimes the most loving thing you can do for yourself is to walk away from what repeatedly disturbs your peace. The Buddha taught that attachment to approval creates suffering. The moment you stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable... You begin to discover self-respect. Choose people who choose you. Choose peace over chasing. And never lower your worth just to keep a place in someone else's life.
