Trust The Process
Back a couple years ago, whenever I first got into learning about things such as processes, mindsets, habits, and things of that nature, I had a lot of doubts.
I didn't really believe in the process of what I was doing and was like, "Will I ever get results?”
Because of this pessimistic mindset I undeniably made worse results than if I had just done the work even when it didn't feel like it.
I just want to say if you relate to this then read on because really what I would say is the real reason why people don't trust the process is because they're scared of lying to themselves.
They're scared of failure, they're afraid of failure and not making success but that's not good.
I want to say it's okay to feel the fear but it's not okay to let that fear dictate you and to control your life.
That's the only thing.
Another thing I want to say is the solution to this is simply to trust the process and to embrace failure, to embrace doubts, and to really not let the outcome affect you too much.
You just need to be open to the outcome but only put your main focus on the inputs, which is doing the actions.
Thank you for reading.
Hope it was valuable.
