But Aaron's recent videos changed my mind and I've also experienced Ho oponopono for 30 days and it changed my life.
I've been wondering...
I started using Holosync (highly recommend) as a meditation audio tool 3 weeks ago...
I'm currently listening to it for an hour and meditating. Pretty extreme buit it's gonna make the difference alongside the frame technique.
i was wondering. To save time, could I listen to Holosync AND stare at a flame at the same time?
Surely Holosync audio would help raise my vibration even faster while then doing the frame technique practice too? Or Ho oponopono would also work as you only need to repeat the 4 sentences...
What do you guys think?
Rather than just listening to the guides, after the first few times you just supplement it with Holosync audio and do it yourself...
Saves 20-30 minutes at least and you can do 2 hours of meditation in just 1!
