Healing anger stuck in the resentment wounds
I've been thinking how anger becomes stronger in my body, and how to deal with that. And this has lead me to a thought. An interesting thought, I think. What if... anger is formed by resentment experiences. What if, when we feel powerless towards the past, because of unfair experiences, hurt experiences... evil and mean people that crossed our ways... and maybe some of us are here now, stuck in this feeling of resentment. Feeling unable of letting go of this "powerlessness". Doubting our capacity to heal that, and to take action towards our dreams?And if, by willing to heal that powerless feeling, all we have to do is have so big a faith, that a power lies within us, that can only be achieved by getting the domain of those energies and saying to ourselves: "It's over. It WILL be different now. And I expect justice from the Universe. And from now on, I go by the rule of Justice.". How powerful does that feel? It worked wonders for me. It saved me from many memories of experiences of abuse of power and unfairness. May we all find our power within. And my we all be good people to each other, so we get access to more and more abilities and power to do good things in life. As well as, may everything that is evil or mean, lose all its power now. And in our thoughts, as a collective, that is true. If we just choose so.

What if it's only a belief? That means we can change it. Our beliefs effect everything. Take a look at your rage bank, where in the body do you hold resentment? We all do this and once you realize it's safe to look at your anger, process it and let it go, releasing the issues in our tissues - you will feel better and that's how you know it's working - it's easier to clear once you have the knowledge of what causing it. We are becoming more conscious in our own bodies everyday, isn't it cool? 😎 Your thoughts and beliefs are creating your reality. The more you believe in manifestation the more you will experience it. Hi, @Laura Hansen, how are you? I liked your thought, and been thinking what makes me angry... I think it's resentment. I believe when we resent and think that we should act differently, or fell powerless, we get angry. To heal that, I think, would have to pass through the resenting emotions, thoughts and experiences that created them. Hope that this makes sense to you? Many blessings!

We are constantly changing and discovering new paths to go and explore. So, there's only WINNING for the ones who DARE. Haha... Peace Is Not Proof
We tend to trust what brings relief. The answer lands. The body softens. The noise stops. Finally—this must be right. Maybe. A comforting lie can feel wonderfully aligned. An inconvenient truth can ruin your afternoon. Peace may follow clarity. It may also follow the moment we stop questioning a story we really wanted to keep. That doesn’t make peace false. It just makes it a poor referee. What feels good and what is true are allowed to meet. They are not required to. Peace is not proof.
